What are Private Yoga Lessons?
Private yoga lessons are when your yogi or yoga instructor offers an opportunity for you to have one on one training to improve your yoga practice.
Many Yogi's will offer to train small groups, up to four students to allow for some personalized attention and will reduce the overall cost for each person attending.

Yoga can be very challenging and after attending three or four large group sessions you will likely need some personalized instruction to improve your form and alignment. This will ensure that you are completing the postures and poses correctly. Incorrect alignment can cause unnecessary pain, muscular strain and may possibly also cause muscular injury.
